Johanne Bambil is a seasoned cybersecurity and compliance professional with over eight years of experience in risk management, vulnerability assessment, security compliance, and continuous monitoring. As the Founder and CEO of JB IT Consulting, LLC, she leads a team dedicated to empowering organizations with robust cybersecurity strategies, regulatory compliance solutions, and cloud security frameworks tailored to meet industry standards.

With an extensive background in Risk Management Framework (RMF), FedRAMP, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and POA&M remediation, Johanne has provided strategic security solutions for federal agencies and private sector clients. Her expertise in security control assessments, threat detection, and vulnerability management enables businesses to proactively safeguard their data and IT infrastructure.

Prior to founding JB IT Consulting, Johanne held leadership roles at the Department of State, Department of Energy, and Planet Technologies, where she spearheaded enterprise security assessments, cloud security implementations, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. Her work has been instrumental in enhancing federal security postures, mitigating risks, and driving innovation in cloud-based cybersecurity solutions.
